What is the capacity of the space?
110 standing room, 75 reception/ dinner seating.
What is included in the space?
The space comes equipped with: - ceiling speaker system connected to an Ipad and Spotify, 2 wired microphones, tables (cafe, buffet, and hightops) and chairs, private balcony, private bar, event manager onsite to handle basic AV, temperature, staffing & vendor logistics, tablecloths for buffet tables, chafing pans, and serving utensils.
Do you provide table linens?
We provide tablecloths for the buffet tables. We can arrange for tablecloths for your dining tables as well. Please see the catering & vendors page for pricing.
Do you provide plates, napkins, utensils?
No.
Can you provide serving and bussing staff?
Yes.
Can we bring in alcohol?
No, but we provide a variety of bar options to accommodate your budget.
Can we bring in soft drinks?
Yes.
What is the latest our event can go?
Our entertainment license is until 1am.

Where can people park?
There is street parking on Somerville Ave, including a handicap spot in front of the Bow Market entrance. The Cambria offers valet parking. For additional transportion information go to

Is your space ADA compliant?
Yes, there are no steps from the sidewalk into Bow Market. There is an elevator to the second floor, private ADA accommodating bathroom within the space, and no stairs or lifts within Upstairs at Bow.
